People
The principal of Liquid Capital, David Henry, has been involved in the banking and finance industry for 20 years. David has vast experience in all aspects of property finance. From 2001 to 2006, he was employed by Ashe Morgan Winthrop, a leading financial services provider, becoming State Director responsible for the Queensland office.
Previously, David worked with Graham and Company, a Queensland based Merchant Bank, and Balmain NB Commercial Mortgages, a leading financial services company. David brings to Liquid Capital his experience in property lending and a substantive knowledge of the Australian property market.
David holds a Certificate in Financial Markets from Finsia (formerly the Securities Institute of Australia) as well as a Master of Applied Finance degree from Queensland University of Technology.
Throughout his career, David has arranged hundreds of millions of dollars in property finance and structured finance solutions. The foundations of this long and proven track record can be found in the many repeat deals and referrals which clients have provided. Liquid Capital intends for this to continue and grow.
David’s expertise in structured finance, commercial property financing, mezzanine debt, joint venture and development construction finance will see Liquid Capital become a highly regarded and successful player in the structured finance market in the years ahead.
